We will put our focus on the following 3 areas:

  • Quit Smoking Plan – become a non-smoker for life – never touch another cigarette again. Whatever your habitual addiction, let’s get rid of it!
  • Anxiety & Stress Reducation – learn to manage your mind so you can live your life with ease and in balance. Got a medical procedure coming up? PreOp planning will help get you through.
  • Confidence & Self Esteem – learn to go from being a person of courage to one of power – reclaim who you were always meant to be. How does it get any better than this?

The Approach in a Nutshell

  1. A free 20 minute “Meet & Greet” phone call, to see if we’re a good coaching match and to gain a clearer understanding of expectations, needs and the real nature of the issues at hand.
  2. A choice of 6 - week Customised Coaching Packages for all areas of speciality (except Quit Smoking which has its own accelerated approach)
  3. Sessions are typically 45 to 60 minutes long, except for Quit Smoking which is a 90 to 120-minute session. If you have signed up for an online package, please ensure you have a strong internet connection and a good set of headphones
  4. In between sessions, you are encouraged to use my unlimited phone & email support
